I'd like to bring Watcher Twelve into the story, although I imagine it will take some thought as to fitting a hyper-dimensional vagabond space cowboy into such a regimented group. I can answer specific questions if you have them. Twelves been appearing on and off in the Crucible over the past six years. All issues of The Crucible are available here: coxcomics.com/legacy/legacy.htmI'm currently building analogue models for a new compilation title based on Homecoming. Please let me know if your interested in participating.

The only difference is as a new member, you wouldn't have received "The call" and your part of the story would start after you were accepted into the group.

Hello all! While I've not been able to devise a way to bring Watcher Twelve into the mix, I've been reading over the RP and other posts and it's very intriguing. I'm currently working on the new comic title loosely based on Homecoming I mentioned previously. After reading over the RP, I did a little preliminary work on the character Drive Train since she appeared to require the most body work (pun not intended). If there is interest in participating, I'd be glad to start tinkering with other characters, the SG uniform and bouncing around potential story threads.

Well... damn. That's awesome. I like! A couple little nitpicks: The shoulders have largish round casings on them to house her kinetic converters, and her hair is longer than that, about chin length, and it's auburn. Other than that, though, I really like the design you've come up with for Sheena! I don't know about everyone else, but I'm on board.

I'll see what I can do about accommodating nit-picks next time I work on her. Shouldn't be much of a problem. I spent some time today seeing about custom altering body suits to something close to the standard Dawn Patrol uniform. I should warn everyone to treat the kit bashed analogues that I cobble together as versions from a reality very close to that of the Paragon City we all know and love, but not quite. This for two reasons. First, virtually all of the analogues are kit bashed as I previously mentioned from various sources that work well enough together to allow for short animations and very few CoH objects exist in an importable object ready to use format, so I try to find the closest mesh available to do the job. Second, RP is generated far quicker than I can produce enough renders to cover the events, so like the MCU, sometimes broad strokes are used based on the source material. With that being said, I'm always willing to listen to constructive criticism and adapt if at all possible. (Example: Slightly longer hair with a color change generally gets you a "Sure, that's probably doable" whereas "Her left arm should be shorter with three fingers instead of five with a face that looks EXACTLY like Brooke Shields did in 1980 except for glowing plaid eyes" will get you a blank stare and a query as to how much Superdyne you just snorted.) However when scripting a story if someone says "My character would never say or do that", the script changes immediately without question and another path is found.

Its certainly an intriguing idea, but its something that the staff will have to discuss, as far as having the Dawn Patrol itself in a webcomic. Just off the top of my head I'd say that there'd need to be some kind of oversight involved to make sure it doesn't contradict any current or past "Canon" (what we consider canon anyway) stories going on. I will discuss it with the Officer staff and get back with you. That is certainly looking like a good take on Sheena so far though.

That is more than fair enough @urbanknight. Please bear in mind that players have full editorial control of their characters text and actions. This is a hard and fast rule. The only exception to this is if the player turns the character over to me to use as I see fit and I understand any caveats involved. For example, the characters Alawa and Synammon Kitten are characters that the respective players turned over to me to use as I can see fit without limitation, I can even kill them (and if you can't think of a way to resurrect a dead character in a comic book, you have bigger issues I certainly can't address). The character Kheprera on the other hand was turned over to me under "Star Trek" book writer rules where I can do pretty much as I please so long as the character is alive, well and mostly unchanged at the end of the story. The fact of the matter is that I prefer the owners of the characters actively participate in the story development and scripting every step of the way. I like to work on the models and sets with the meshes I have available. Participants that want credit will appear in the credit panel by whatever name or alias they provide. Collaboration can be done here, but there is a Discord available to those that are interested where I post completed models and coordinate story threads. Important notes regarding www.CoXComics.com. If you visit the site you'll find no external advertisements. There is no pay portal for access. There is a Patreon link on the front page, however it is not advertised and definitely NOT required. In the interest of full disclosure, I have zero Patreons and that is fine. I was convinced to put it on by a friend under the auspice of "You never know". I pay for the domain out of my own pocket. The server that hosts the site is a Windows Server computer I built and run in my own home using a Comcast Business connection. This is my personal hobby. I work on the comics and site during my free time. This isn't a money making effort. It's a free resource that I have fun with produced strictly for the entertainment of myself and others. I think I've covered the basics, but please feel free to ask any questions or express any concerns you may have.

Welp I started it- needs the denoumout of PAX being found in his vent. It may never have been expressly stated but PAX's limited life span has always been something looming in his future. TBH PAX in fish out water mode is much more funny than a PAX experienced with the world, also it lets me the player fit in my own personal memory gaps in an IC way. Expect me to finish it up soon. Also why so all my stories wind up being micro novels?!?!

Just to throw in, since I guess I never officially said it before. Any posts involving Lady Jane or the Homeland office will need reviewed and approved prior to posting. You can contact either myself or Crimsonstar for this. Thank you.

Thanks to DT for the rp between Agent 32 and Lady B. I'll be looking to try and coordinate a rp between myself, Crim, Scar, & BD at some point in-game to further this portion of the story further, so probably a week at least before that happens as our intrepid Crimsonstar is probably on his way to the airport to attend Dragon Con as we speak.
