I've been planning to run a Justiciar badge run for some time, back then, it was a rather problematic badge to get due to the PvP nature of the zone, i think it should run smoother now, PvP zones are usualy deserted.
Requirement:
SecLvL=45+, access to Recluse's Victory - Blue Side.
Tank
Healer
No allergies to PvP
Resistance to griefness
Good to have:
A strong well built team(classic comp) of 8, or a few teams of randoms.
Debuffs
Temps (Shivan, Nukes, Vanguard Mech, base Buffs, w/r you are willing to burn)
Team Insp (there is plenty in the base storage)
Negotiator (someone that talks smoothly)
---This was all before incarnates, so this could be hack of a lot easier.---
Procedure:
If the zone is populated, the negotiator is in charge of heading in and establish a truce for the duration of the badge run, if the truce is partial or a no go, well, we deal with it.
Three members (preferably kins with speed boost) are in charge of the Heavy Stations, one each, capture those and gather up.
All teams get in and start capturing Pillbox together (i think everyone will get zone points this way), if necessary i will call the order, but... no secret here, punch turrets, capture, next pillbox.
Here is the important shit -> "When either side controls their fourth pillbox, reinforcements spawn to support the other faction in the form of two to three Signature Heroes/Villains" So we STOP at 4 captured pillboxs, move out, mow down whoever spawned, and capture ONE MORE pillbox then stop, witch will spawn one more wave of villains, repeat and capture the last pillbox (or rotate).
Assuming we got all of them, yay, otherwise, repeat.
Considerations:
-ClassicComp: Tank, offtank, healer, support, support, dmg, dmg, dmg.
-Don't be surprised if we encounter interference, if we do, we deal with it, just make sure to politely ask the player to fkoff first.
-There are some exploration badges around.
-Awesome Temp Power(Heavy Mech) if you have enough zone points.
-If someone log as a villian we can do pillbox rotation.
-Its rare, but the run can crash if the zone gets too messy with too much interference.
-Once we are done, we can keep going, and gather some progress on other badges there.
-I'm a no show? You missed it?, no problem, i will gather some peps we can run it again.

Time: No idea, something around 1300 to 0000 gmt.
