If you've timed out of Dawn Patrol, and are re-invited, you'll be a Patroller again unless you've arranged otherwise with the Leadership pool.
RL comes first of course, but we want to keep a lid on people who use Dawn Patrol as a revolving door or just fade away and then come back again
when convenient. The current Leadership body has put in a lot of time and effort towards Dawn Patrol, so for any rank above Patroller to mean
anything there has to be a demonstration of interest in Dawn Patrol enough to be concerned when you haven't been around for awhile. Things happen
and we're happy to have people with us even if they were gone awhile.
