Found some notes and thought to share
(Sadly, no pics because I don't know where screenshots go on my PC)
When your idle in-game long enough, a little chat bubble appears with the acronym "AFK". You can make a bind that shows this chat bubble when you are typing as a visual queue to others that you are doing something on the keyboard. The purpose to the bind is to enhance the RP experience to others; conversations in-game can get confusing sometimes
I have all my characters say "Has something to say …"
The bind would be: /bind enter "afk Has something to say …$$startchat"
Naturally, you can make the text in the bubble be whatever you want, yet the start/end commands would be needed:
/bind enter "afk <your words here>$$startchat"
NOTE: There is a space after afk, but no space before the $$ prompt

When you press the Print Screen key, a screenshot without the UI is saved to your CoH game folder, in the Screenshots folder.
There may be a button to save a screenshot with the UI, but you can also just press Alt + Print Screen (which will still trigger CoH's screenshot mechanism), but will copy a screenshot your currently focused application (i.e., City of Heroes) into your clipboard, which you can then paste into your favorite image editing tool and save to a file.
This just now occurred to me and it might not work, but you might even be able to just have a folder open and Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot from your clipboard directly into the folder? I don't know if that works, but... probably not.
