Everyone, I finally re-read the massive co-op and discovered (to my surprise) that I 'fixed' Scarlet's … scar yet kept a fancy tech-loaded eyepatch. This explains the curious pic in the signature where Scarlet doesn't have her facial scar.
Frankly, that bothered me and it seems my memory of this detail had faded until recently.
SO … what to do?
I could keep that fact and change Scarlet's appearance in-game to match.
OR
I could retcon that out, keep the facial scar/eyepatch and move a long.
Either way has affected my writing to get Scarlet back into Paragon and I've been waffling for the past few days. TBH, I'm leaning to keeping the scar.
Thoughts to push me in one direction or another?
Ultimately, it's mine to make and be happy with, yet I cannot recall WHY I made this change in the first place and that's been unsettling.

I just remember it being part of the Blind Loyalty story line, I don't remember if you ever OOC'ly said why you made that choice. If you feel that it doesn't make sense to keep the change and you feel better w/ retconning that small part out, I say go for it. Ultimately, no matter what anyone else thinks, she's your character & you should do what you feel is the best choice. Heck, its only retconning what, one post about making the eye change? You can always fix the eye again later at some point if you feel the story calls for it.

Oh my god, you can't just retcon something that's already been written down! *hides the stories of Wondie and Stacey from before I decided they were twins, the whole being pregnant thing when Wondie lost her memory in 2005, a bunch of little details that have been changed since other stories were written, etc.* Yeah, basically what Lady B said.
